Gary Dale

Chair of Church Council

Gary is a retired police Sergeant from Saugeen Shores who has attended Faith Lutheran Church with his wife and high-school sweetheart Mary-Lou since 2004. He can often be found setting up tables, cooking church meals, or quietly washing dishes, but he is also a parish visitor, a welcoming presence, and a reliable friend to all those in need of a helping hand or a listening ear. Gary is presently serving his second term as our Chair of Council. Gary loves God, spending time with his adult children Lynsey and Jordan, and serving his community through volunteering.

Julie Brown

Office Administrator

Kind, reliable, and generous. These are just a few of the words that we would use describe this invaluable member of our team. Julie manages all administrative aspects of Church life at Faith, and coordinates our team for effective ministry.

Adrian Little

Director of Music

Adrian Little is a pianist and music educator from Port Elgin. Having recently graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Piano Performance, he spends much of his time collaborating with choral groups, vocalists, and instrumentalists from all corners of the Bruce-Grey area. Adrian has always had an appreciation for music’s role in worship, having sung hymns and taken part in services his entire life; as Director of Music, he continually strives to find the best music in service of God’s message.

Interim Pastor Catharine House

Our Interim Pastor

I was born in Borneo of British parents, moved to England and then to Canada by the time I was almost 7 years old. We moved around every few years with my surveyor father (Tony Stickings) who went on to teach geography at high school. Dad’s last teaching post was at Saugeen District and the rest of my family lived in Port Elgin for several years. I was already married by that time. I have two boys, both married, one with one son now preparing to enter University of Waterloo, and the other with two sons in public school.
